Mama Caribe comes from the owners of Elvi’s Kitchen in San Pedro, a favourite among locals and drawing travelers from all over for its famed dishes. One look at our menu lets you know you’re in for a similar kind of treat.
The menu boasts a variety of options, incorporating Belizean dishes with American favorites to suit all tastes and preferences. For dinner entrees you’ll find items such as Belizean Chicken, Pork Chop Cubano and a variety of fresh seafood including Coconut Lobster. Of course, social snacks ranging from Caribbean salsa with tortilla chips to jerk chicken wings are available for enjoying poolside.
