From sit-down meals to sociable poolside snacks or Captain Morgan’s famous barbecue grilled lunch, the new extensive menu consists of: locally sourced seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes, fresh homemade breads, as well as favorite Belizean and American dishes.
A wide variety of exotic cocktails are available at both our poolside bar and indoor restaurant bar. In addition we offer an array of non-alcoholic beverages including freshly-squeezed local juices. When it comes to delicious food and drinks, this Belize resort certainly has it all!
