At Captain Morgan’s we are lucky to have Mama Caribe restaurant on the property. We’ve developed menus that focus on using high-quality, fresh, and locally-sourced ingredients. These menus have been designed to suit a variety of tastes, styles, and budgets.
From small groups to large parties, we can accommodate weddings of almost any size. Smaller parties of up to 40 guests can be hosted in our spacious Caribbean palapa and for larger groups of up to 100 guests you may enjoy celebrating on the longest and most beautiful white sand beach in all of Ambergris Caye.
Enjoy variety with our Caribbean Buffet. This menu choice provides guests with options including Ambergris Conch Ceviche, Banana Steamed Lemongrass Snapper or Belizean Herb Crusted Grouper (when the fish are in season) and Island Coconut Ice Cream, served with fresh mango. Please note that this is a sample menu only due to fluctuating market prices and availability. This sample buffet is priced at $40 US + tax per adult, $20 US + tax per child (10 years of age and under).
The ultimate entrée to treat your guests to, our lobster-themed menu features famous Ambergris Caye lobster prepared with Caribbean flavor. Locally sourced and paired with the freshest ingredients, our lobster dishes were designed to complement your Belizean beach wedding. This sample lobster menu is priced at $60 US + tax per adult, $30 US + tax per child (10 years of age and under). Lobster season runs from June 15 to February 14 annually.
