At Captain Morgan’s we specialize in relaxation. In fact the word “retreat” is in our name. But there are times when you might want to wander off the beaten, and travel in to San Pedro to see the local sites.
One of the most typical, popular, and dare we say the most fun, ways of exploring the local area is by golf cart. It’s a great way to get from the resort and is much faster than by using a bicycle or walking.
San Pedro is the only town on the island of Ambergris Caye is about one and a half-miles long and in some places about a mile wide. This is home to the majority of the island’s population as well as a majority of the restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels on the island. Visitors will most likely find what they need within walking distance.
You can rent a golf cart from our front desk. No having to go off site or work with another company. You already know our friendly and helpful staff, and they know you, so simply pick the cart up at the front desk and drop it off here too
